        Even though we get an appointment, have to wait longer at the GP. More than 30 minutes it takes. If the appointment is at 11, we get to see the doctor by 11.30 or 11.40.

        I have now been with this surgery for 6 years and although I don't go often my wife due to illness has been treated quickly and efficiently I cannot praise them enough

        Ive been with this surgery for over 30 years now. Dr Ralou is a fantastic GP and nothing is too much trouble. Never had a problem getting an appointment here with both the nurse and the GP. Even when extremely busy they always call me back.

        Phoned yesterday and got straight through. Which surprised me if I'm honest .Got a call back from the nurse and she sorted me out with an appointment for next Tuesday and a prescription in the meantime. However there was a mix up and it didn't get sent to the chemist but i can't fault the receptionist today(been there donkeys years) she sorted it all out and i got my tablets this afternoon. Thanks. Dr Shrivastava is retired now its Dr Raolu
