We send around 10 - 20 parcels out with DX Express per week. We have around 10% being reported as damaged, this is costing us a fair bit now as we have to replace these items free of charge. A lot are also late. We are now at the point of having to take parcels to hellaby ourselves as its hit and miss whether DX will even turn up to collect. We pay for a service and receive very little for what we are charged. Ive emailed a few times regarding damage which is just ignored. DX Freight - we send around 4 - 6 parcels a week with these also, they wont collect from our unit even though DX Freight vehicle is there multiple times a day. Late deliveries, missing items (not scanned) have cost us over 1000 in the last 8 months. Raising complaints with both sides of the business just results in claims being opened which amount to nothing.
