They was not able to deliver my parcel even if I was at home ,, twice " . I needed to go and collect by my self so I paid for delivery and i got nothing than delay and more money and time wasted " 80 minutes drive on both ways" I do not recommend

Dont work here they not paying my wages saying payrolls messed up so Ive phoned up said well I cant pay to work transport cause and then terminated my contract coz I cant make it in cause of their mistake unfair

Shocking service. Delivery to a company address and indicated to supplier could not find an address but no notification until chased. Absolute fabrication. Indicative of couriers currently.

Absolute joke...paid for an express delivery, was meant to be delivered Friday and didn't arrive, then Saturday, then Monday...still never arrived. Keep getting told the operations manager is dealing with it and blatantly lied to be Freya numerous times. Was advised the driver had 10 deliveries then he would arrive with us, 15 minutes later told that the driver has finished early and we wouldn't receive delivery. Promised next day pre 10.30am, still no sign, absolute shambles!!!!!!!!!!
