Certainly won't be back to buy another car from this dealer. Seems they are only interested in sale and not seeing to issue you raise about the car. First point when buying the car we noticed the head light was really foggy on on the passenger side we was told this will be sorted before we picked the car up. Turns out it wasn't. They offered to repair this by bringing the car back and offered a courtesy car for us and arranged a date. Turned up to the garage to find no courtesy car was available so I couldn't leave the car with them. A week following this we notice the glove box had dropped out of position again promised they would fix when the car was brought in. Three weeks after buying the it developed a very loud rattle again promised they would look at it. The day before the second date given which was on the 3rd of march they advise that all there technicians was off and couldn't have the car in to fix the issue and the next date was at the end of march. At this point I started getting frustrated with them they magically was able to fit me in the next week. The head light and glove box had been sorted but advised the rattling noise didn't happen for them so refused to look into it. When picking the car up the car made the loud rattling noise on first start up in front of a technician who advised to contact the dealer back. At this point nothing was mentioned and was promised manager call back after manager call back. I'm still waiting a month on. The finance company have also attempted to make contact with them and they are also having the same none existent responses. Id personally avoid this company at all costs What a surprise still no phone call from your company following your comment

Bought a car from here a few weeks ago and they were extremely helpful as I live a fair way from Rotherham, whether it was information or pictures or just general questions, everything was answered within hours over email. Unfortunately the car I bought broke on me when a boost pipe blew 11 days after I bought it. This is not something the garage could have foreseen, just one of those things. But yet again, they were nothing but helpful. Advised me to have the car looked at my local garage as I was so far away and get a quote. A few days later and the car is fixed and Douglas Paul fully paid for the repair! Cannot fault them at any point of this process!
