Fantastic speedy service from the team at Flint Stoves Callum came out to measure up and talked us through the process, left us with catalogs and recommendations. Fitting day for our new stove came they were super clean , speedy very informative. A thoroughly professional service. We wouldnt hesitate in recommending them .

Great service, our log burner looks superb! Callum and his team were first class, very neat and tidy - in fact they left the place cleaner than when they arrived. After the job they returned (unsummoned) because apparently during installation they noticed a tiny mark on our log burner door (we hadn't noticed ourselves and I struggled to actually see the mark even after it was pointed out) but they promptly swapped the door with a new one. Typically, after they left we noticed a slight machining defect in our granite hearth (a small dull patch), quick as flash they came back to assess - and immediately rectified the issue, no quibble, no extra money, no hassle. Very accommodating and kept us informed throughout the process. Totally recommend to anyone.

The staff were super helpfull and gave us some advice and brosoures of log burners, we will indeed be going back once we have decided on one we like
