I have been supported by The Malmesbury Clinic twice over recent years following injuries acquired during marathon training. Most recently, in February I had an injury that meant I was left barely able to walk, let alone run. I had such excellent treatment from Catherine, who got me back runnning again within a few months. Since we finished the 'hands on' sessions, Catherine has continued to regularly to check-in with me via email and phone to find out how things are going and to advise on my training and injury prevention: excellent, genuine care. I highly recommend the clinic - and Catherine - and wouldn't hesitate to return for treatment if I became injured again in the future.

I have been to the Malmesbury Clinic a few times for massage and most recently to see Steve the osteopath. I have always been impressed with the service and professional approach of this clinic. The Covid measures in place right now due to the pandemic made me feel safe and were well thought through. Steve made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment and talked me through all the actions he took in order to reduce the issues I have been having in my shoulder and neck. The clinic staff are most helpful with Jo the wonderful Physio recommending I see Steve and helping me to get booked in (she knew I'd put it to the bottom of my list!) quickly. One session has already helped and I put my full trust in Steve to continue helping me in future months. I would 100% recommend the Malmesbury Clinic to family, friends, colleagues and customers of mine - no matter the problem or issue they have a capable member of the team who will be able to help you!

Catherine has been helping me with my arm and shoulder since the start of the year and has been exceptional. Its been a challenging recovery let alone dealing with covid. Catherine has been really helpful at every step and I feel very comfortable returning to the practice with all the measures the team are putting in to keep the site safe and clean.

I originally saw Catherine (Salter) in late January this year, where she diagnosed and started treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome. A month later, I awoke on a Friday morning unable to use my right hand. No GP appointments were available, but Richard immediately booked me in for an emergency consultation with osteopath Ana Pret, who had kindly agreed to see me after work that day, as I was due to go on holiday for a fortnight the following day. She confirmed that my symptoms were completely unrelated to the carpal tunnel treatment and were, unfortunately, pointing to an ulnar nerve-related injury. She forwarded all the details on to Catherine, who contacted me several times during both the Friday evening and Saturday morning, concerned about my new injury, reassuring me about going ahead with the holiday and asking for details about all symptoms so that she could provide further information, support and advice to me whilst away - which she very generously did. Catherine went way over and above standard treatment in her genuine interest and concern for my welfare and that has continued throughout lockdown, as I only managed one f2f appointment with her before that happened. She also provided advice on what additional physio services to register with (in order to try to get urgent treatment) and followed my urgent NHS referral for a consultation, which months later ended up having to be a private consultation and operation simply in order to obtain treatment. Catherine has since followed my recent progress post-op and I was eager to return to the clinic once it reopened, in order to get a proper rehabilitation exercise plan, to aid my recovery. Catherine not only recommended a tailor-made number of exercises to improve my lost dexterity and grip, but obtained advice from a hand specialist concerning the muscle wastage on my right hand from all the months where I was largely unable to use it whilst waiting for treatment. I feel completely comfortable going to the clinic, as I am aware of all the procedures they have put in place in order to keep everyone safe. I also feel hugely reassured by knowing that Catherine is able to monitor my recovery, chart any improvements and no doubt, once this nerve issue is resolved, return to treating the carpal tunnel symptoms, which are currently being masked by my other injury. Having previously been through two less-than-encouraging experiences elsewhere (from years earlier) with physiotherapy treatment, I admit that I was initially reluctant to try it again. However, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this friendly clinic, as I have received nothing but excellent treatment, alongside genuine interest and concern for my well-being and recovery.
