        Popped in here to fix the frames on my ray bans which were bent. Lovely friendly lady fixed them in 2 minutes. Very grateful! Great service. Thank you

        I had a small problem with my glasses frame, which meant they were unwearable. So I walked in to Haine & Smith to see what, if anything they could do. The lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful and within 20 minutes they were fixed for a very reasonable fee. Great service!

        Jane Mills tested my two sons eyes, and was very thorough, professional and engaging. She gave a full report of their prescription. No hard sell on glasses unless needed (which they werent on this occasion). The team there are all warm and friendly.

        Very friendly and efficient - My eye exam was booked quickly, with a text-message reminder the day before. A good stock of frames, and plenty of advice on lens options. Glasses were ready a week later.
