Strakers (Malmesbury) team proved to be a very good choice for our move. Graham and Tim marketted our house enthusiastically, with professional photographs and lined up around 12 sets of viewers- all accompanied by a team member, immediately; positive, enthusiastic buyers were quickly found for us. Of particular note was the **excellent** care and support we recieved from Victoria Lawrence, in the 'Sales & Progressing' role. Many Estate Agents don't have this 'Progressing' part as a dedicated role and we were certainly glad of the professional support and reassurance offered by Vicki, as well as the hard work she put in for us to keep things moving and communications flowing between all parties. (We had a short chain of just three parties but even that required her support!) We definitely recommend Strakers. May 2022. Julia and Peter Styles.

Strakers were absolutely brilliant in an end-to-end house buying process. They went the extra mile to push our deal forward so that we could finish it on time. It's a great and rare example of when you don't only get great experience during a viewing but most importantly after that on all stages. Special thanks to Vicki and Graham!!!
