We visited the Malmesbury store for the first time last week after recently moving to the area and would like to say thank you for the excellent customer service we received. Lucy and Becs were amazing. They were extremely professional and very patient and understanding with my two grandchildren whilst we selected their school shoes and trainers. Nothing was too much trouble. They were both so helpful and kind and determined that we brought the correct pairs for my grandchildrens feet whilst taking their opinions on styles into consideration. We were very pleased with our purchases and decided to return for some astro trainers later that week instead of buying them on line. The Malmesbury store colleagues are definitely jewels in Clarks crown. We will definitely be returning to the store for future purchases. Thank you once again for a brilliant experience.

Took 3 grandkids there after a poor fitting elsewhere and the ladies were brilliant. Worth the time to get there for the service. Will always take them here from now on.

I went in for a toddler shoe fitting with my son who was playing up a little. I was served by Bazz and he was absolutely outstanding. Friendly, knowledgable and great with my son who immediately chilled out once Bazz started showing him shoes. Thank you so much fella, you really did everything possible to turn a potentially stressful situation into a really fun half hour. I would give more stars if I could!

Excellent service again today from this fantastic little shop. Thanks to Baz and Celine for school shoe fitting, we found exactly what we wanted. If we hadn't, we'd of ordered online and collected in store, very easy ... SUPPORT YOUR HIGH STREET & SHOP LOCAL, can't beat it!
