Browsing through shop, picked up a book and was then looking through the baby clothes for my granddaughter. All of a sudden the woman races up from behind the counter not realising I was there and says to her partner did that man just walk out with a book So I put down the book and did walk out - customer service at its finest, automatically , assuming your customer is a shoplifter and de facto accusing him of being one. Suffice to say that as an individual who worked as a volunteer in a charity shop for a year before COVID, I wont be back

The people who work here are friendly and helpful, unfortunately it is so cluttered with far too many clothes and bric a brac you cannot see the beauty of anything, some things need to be binned.

Definitely much better since the refurbishment around a year ago. Has a rather good selection of womens clothes and is fantastic for bric a brac. Slightly cheaper than others in Malmesbury
