Best products I have ever bought. Our DC04 still works. My v8 absolute battery lasted 6years both the hot and cool fans work fine. Just got a v15 absolute, and im very impressed.

Want to say big thank you to Alan at Dyson Shopping Mall centre- he was super helpful and showed me how to use Dyson Airwrap with great details. Spent 30 min with me and Ive learnt lots of useful tips. Many many thanks!

Dyson Pure Humidify+Cool (White/Silver) Had for 2yrs, then a fault on the display appeared. Sent to Dyson for reapir, then i recieve this email... "Our workshop have inspected your machine and unfortunately, theyre unable to repair your machine on this occasion as the replacement part (pump) has not rectified the fault. As your machine is outside of the guarantee period, and our workshop have deemed your machine unrepairable, please advise whether you would like us to send the unit back to yourself unrepaired, or if you would like us to recycle the unit." So in short, after the warranty has passed and the dyson team try 1 option to fix your machine and it still doesn't work they chuck it on the rubbish heap! No wonder the world is suffering when a company as big as Dyson have zero care about trying to fix something. They'd rather take your money time and time again and pollute the world with their faulty machines just after the warranty expires. Shame on you Dyson... shame on you!

We purchased the Dyson pure which when used on a heat on a high fan speed caused a spark in our electrics and a burn. Dyson replaced the product a year a go then the exact same issue has happened again. They have advised they can only replace or repair it again.Reported to T/S and consumer rights Dyson are now in breach of our consumer rights for unsatisfactory qualilty.Refused to discount, replace or credit the item.These are a health and safety/fire risk so please be careful. I hope no-one else has the dreadful and dangerous experience that we have with their customer services team and product
