Called in with a problem on my Rock Rider with hybrid electric. Left it with them to investigate, not a standard set up but they said they would give it a go. These guys were brilliant and sorted out the problem. Top marks to their tech and his knowledge. Would def use them again.

Excellent company to deal with, great range of bikes and good website. Service was great both before and after I brought my bike, would definitely recommend them.

Great bike shop. I haver never been there physically but ordered a few times online. Its website is quite basic and old school, but it is simple and works, which in my opinion is the most important thing. Also it doesn't inundate the screen with pop up boxes asking for a subcription, offering you unwanted discounts on certain items, etc. My last purchase was for a broken pin in a Tern C7. I wasn't entirely sure what exact part I needed. I emailed them and they were quick and efficient in their reply. We exchanged a few emails and they pointed the right part for it. It was onl 2.99, so I am pretty sure they didnt make any money at all with the transaction after taking into account the time of replying my emails and the packaging. Still, they were professional and sent the part very quickly. Good family business. Thank you.
