        My mother is constantly phoning me where no one is responding to her calls in the day , she has slept in a wet bed when no one has got back to her and just ignored her, waiting weeks not days, weeks for a response and then I have to chase them and never get back to me. I am currently paying 4500 a month for below average care at best, general staff are undermanned and rushed of there feet, poor management and absolute lack of respect for the concerned children of parents who are at the care home.
