        I stayed in room 20, which had a full bathroom. The bed was nice and everything looked quite new and was very clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Before moving in, I've got my phone fully broken by accident, so I didn't really know what to do and felt very anxious. Lauren helped me a lot to calm down and with sorting it out.

        I booked a twin room to myself, which I prefer at my age Basic facilities (bed, shower, toilet), as a YHA is, but very clean. Use of kitchen area. There is a little night light, socket & phone shelf at each bed, which I thought was a great touch! I had breakfast, which was delicious (local produce), and the manager was very friendly
