        Absolutely Useless. Avoid at all cost! Ordered spare part but despite constantly chasing for 6 weeks still no item. Not once did they have the decency to contact me with an update. Once they have your money they couldn't care less!!!

        Save your money, most of the parts were missing from a Werner loft ladder and terrible customer service when I complained
