My daughter booked a taxi to take her to work at 4.40am, received a text to confirm booking. Driver was a no show and no one answering the phone. Would not use again!!

Made a call to Happicabs on a late Sunday afternoon. Our bus didnt show up and we didnt want to wait around in the cold, so we gave into getting a taxi. The Gentleman on the phone was quite prompt and got it booked for us which was great, after about 10mins, the taxi showed up. The driver welcomed us in, and the drive back was absolutely fine. In fact it was a real quiet journey as we were tired and just wanted to get back. The only thing I didnt like was I noticed a few of these stickers on the car window that had rules written. Now fair enough with rules and what you prefer in the car, but theres a way of saying it and I just found these stickers quite rude.. and it doesnt really match the name of Happy cabs.. Get in, shut up & Hold on Always watch for cops ?? No quoting traffic laws Im not sure if this is suppose to be a joke, a bit of banter.. but with there being one on each window.. and it can very much come across wrong, they need to be taken off

Attempted to book a pickup from this firm about two weeks ago, told the call handler where I needed to be picked up but they wanted me to wait further up the high street. I have mobility issues, if I could have waited where they told me to I could have saved 20+ pounds by using buses. I said that this wouldn't work for me but it took a while for the handler to listen to me and accept that I did not want this service. Thankfully another company were able to take my booking. NB I was trying to make the booking the day before I needed to travel, not expecting them to pick up asap.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Rude and incompetent! A driver was driving around Maldon with no lights on and nearly crashed into the side of my car. I called Happicabs to let them know of this, the guy on the phone was rude, never heard of such bad customer service! He told me there is nothing he can do (with a rude tone) even though I told him as much details about the driver and the car as I could, so I told him that they dont effing care and I hung up. He called me few seconds later to tell me that I am being blacklisted and can never again use Happicabs because he knows where I live and what my name isI told him that he cannot call me and threaten me advising him that this call is being recorded to which he answered and what you gonna do go to council with a smirk! Unbelievably rude! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
