        Have used Certas Energy for a number of years now for two properties and they have excelled every time. Deliveries have been on time, prices are matched or beaten or fuel upgraded. Customer services have always been polite, helpful and informative.

        If it was possible they'd be getting minus 5 stars - awful, awful company who don't even seem to understand the basics of customer service, and are more than happy to take your money then cancel deliveries with no notification, and a failure to confirm rescheduled deliveries. A typically dreadful and unprofessional company that typifies a wider attitude among businesses towards customers in 21st century Britain.
