Went to have mums passport photo taken as one we had at snappy snaps done in October was not accepted due to being out of focus. Chris was very helpful and told us we should have been asked if was for UK passport or other as they vary which we wasnt asked. Chris was so helpful and explained everything and didnt even charge us as they are all part of the same group ( which I was willing to pay as wasnt his fault) was so nice to get good customer service will definitely be returning. Thank you. Just hope mums passport comes back in time.
