Apart from the occasional round of golf I was doing very little physical exercise and slowly becoming more unfit and fat. I found Darren through his web site and have not looked back. Darren is friendly and professional and he really listens to your fitness goals and then draws upon his exceptional knowledge of fitness, anatomy and nutrition to ensure you meet your personal targets. His knowledge and dedication is apparent from your first induction and he works hard to ensure every training session is varied and interesting, guaranteeing your time in the gym is focused and well spent. Good nutrition and exercise are now embedded in my weekly routine and thanks to Darren I am in the best shape I have been for years. He continues to be my weekly motivation and I cannot recommend him highly enough to anyone considering a personal trainer.

Here in Maldon, you have exclusive use of a gym, the training is excellent and one to one. After my consultation I soon learned that Darren has full knowledge of nutrition, and all matters related to achieving my goals. I weighed more than I ever had before, I was tired, bloated and suffering with long term neck problems and footballer knee injury. I have been training with Darren since Nov once a week and following a very flexible and easy diet plan. I have lost 1 stone 10lbs taking me from size 14 to a size 10. I feel much healthier and I am so much stronger. The exercises are supporting my injuries. I struggle with my self image and body confidence but I am slowly building this. Thank you Darren.
