I came in today for a deep tissue massage and it was fantastic. I was told a few tips and tricks and wasnt pressured into anything. Really recommend and will be returning.

Steff the osteopath has helped our family greatly with joint and muscular aches and pains, along with cranial osteopathy treatment. All staff are kind and friendly with a wide range of services.

I cannot put into words really how thankful I am for all the help, support and advice we have received from Nick over the last 7 months, and still ongoing...The treatment my son has been given has been outstanding and with the support and guidance throughout, (including telephone support during Covid) the results have been beyond what we could have hoped for. Regardless of who you see at Phoenix, you are welcomed by every member of the team. A credit to have in Maldon, Thankyou for all your help to date.
