        Marc was so helpful and fully restored an Omega watch I bought my husband that everyone else turned away its so lovely to meet someone dedicated to his craft and so reliable and fair thank you so much

        Further to my review below which was written about 4 months ago, my clock worked for 2 weeks and then stopped. Mark came and picked it up and after numerous SMS and telephone calls which were never answered it was returned 4 months later. After another 2 weeks it stopped again and then runs for 2 days and stops and yes it is wound up. The 85 I spent would have been better used to light the bbq. I wouldn't give this place 0 stars. My advice is go to a repairer who knows what they are doing. Just had my clock serviced here and it is now working beautifully. Problem with your clock? Then contact Crouch Valley Clocks.

        Mark offers an amazing service. He has restored my Grandfather's Cuckoo Clock to it's former glory. I am absolutely thrilled with my clock and was like a child again waiting for 4 o' clock for the Cuckoo to come out!! Mark's knowledge and care of your treasured possession is second to none. I would highly recommend him for any repairs/restoration. Thank you Mark.
