        I visit Longfield Care Home as Part of my Role as a trainer. The team members are always enthusiastic, to learn and updated their Knowledge, the whole team from the management, care team, hospitality team, put the people that live in the home at heart of what they do. The team listen to the people living there. Showing Empathy Respect and kindness.

        It is always a pleasure to carry out their eye tests at Longfield - the staff and the residents are always friendly and welcoming. Their facilities are always clean and comfortable when we visit.

        A great place to work. Wonderful staff team and amazing residents. I started working at Longfield Care Home 7 years ago as a part time carer. I have been enabled and encouraged to progress. My colleagues are great and create a safe and welcoming environment for our residents to live. If I was looking for a care home for my own Parents then it would be a place just like Longfield.
