        Wow. I was very pleasantly surprised at how professionally this business is run. I had a shipping issue, had paid $58 USD for freight from UK to Dubai, only to find out from DHL that they have added all kinds of new charges in the UAE (they claim the govt imposed them) - it was going to be another $50 in a country the has only 5% import duty! I explained that to Padel- they offered to cover some of the additional cost. Great service and highly responsive..

        Excellent service , ordered a racquet which was out of stock , I received a text on bank holiday offering replacement or options , refund etc , all sorted out in 5 mins Good old fashioned service well done

        This company really does go above and beyond. Love the padel bat and the customised water bottle is nice touch! Really personal service and also the YouTube tutorials!!
