Charlotte at WH Brown, Maldon, was first class in her enthusiasm and level of service throughout the purchase. We purchased by modern auction and Charlotte very much coordinated the process from end to end, helping resolve issues with the vendors solicitor, IAM auctions and the vendors direct through to completion. Charlotte was always available via telephone and email, responding quickly and totally transparent with her responses, advising what all parties needed to do in in order to move forward.
