Brilliant service, Ben came and viewed the house, very friendly, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable. He stated he would sell our house, he also undercut our other estate agents fees. The came to every viewing to walk the clients round and we just answered questions, this was a lot better and took the pressure off us. Well he did sell our house, quite quickly, thank you Ben. The rest of the team were also great, very helpful and did everything we asked from them. The sale progression team, great. Chelsea thank you. If I were ever to do this again I would definitely use them again and I am currently referring them to other people if they need estate agents

Very professional team from first meeting withJosh to value and getting it on the market and obtaining the full asking price from the first couple to view. Then big thanks to Chelsea for following up and keeping us informed at all times until Exchange and Completion. Highly Recommended
