Please look at the poor trust pilot reviews and I can only agree. The customer service for this company that supplies very expensive equipment is appalling. Our ovens (we have two) have never worked properly. We have been waiting for a repair since before Christmas. Even before then we have had constant problems and they are new. We have asked for replacements as they are clearly not fit for purpose but they just ignore us. Please look for alternatives for our next project we certainly will unless they miraculously change their customer service.
