I was pursued for a post in the Hackney area to start iMarch 2020 Strategy were happy to come to me to personally interview me. They were relentless in preparing me for the post and all my documents were processed efficiently.. I was impressed by the selfless, personalised and the professional way way i was dealt with.... incidentlty the post was perfect for me and i would never had got it without a particularly keen Strategy memeber. Have been with Strategy Education since 2016 and it is a fantastic agency. I landed my first permanent teaching job while completing my PGCE through the agency and ended up staying at that school for six years. More recently, I have been temping with the agency and Lewis has been a super agent in ensuring that my employment remained constant throughout the last six months and communication with him has been super easy and transparent. Through the agency, I have secured another permanent teaching position and would urge others looking to enter or re-enter the teaching profession to sign up. You will be well looked after.

So I have been using Strategy ever since I started teaching in 2020. They got me onto a permanent contract straight away with my first teacher role and then in 2021, when leaving that role they found me a temporary contract for 2022. Sometimes communication between staff regarding clients can be a bit confusing (multiple emails from multiple members of staff for the same thing) but overall the experience has been great. Especially this year as I have been assigned to Lewis, who has been personable and readily available when needed. I have recently been offered a permanent job and won't need to use strategy but I will use them if needed in the future.

I can honestly say that I am very impressed by Hannah and her team. I can't thank her enough, if it wasn't for her I wouldn't have had all the work I have had. Best of all, Hannah knows me so well, she knows exactly where to place me, I have been happy at all my placements. I wish you all the best for the future, I can say that feel safe knowing that you are always there for me - should I need a job. May Strategy go from strength to strength.

One of the best agencies that I have worked with and my consultant,Lewis,is a diamond. He was especially considerate and understanding when I had a very painful and debilitating health problem,a couple of months ago. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lewis and his agency to anyone who is looking for a good teaching supply agency.
