MALDON LETTINGS LIMITED

I am writing to express my disappointment with the letting agency Maldon Lettings who I feel prioritized the landlord's interests over mine as a tenant. I was extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received. Despite paying my rent on time and abiding by the terms of the tenancy agreement, I found that the letting agency was unwilling to address the issues I raised. In addition to this, I found that the letting agency was quick to side with the landlord and their demands, without taking my concerns into account. Overall, I found my experience with Maldon Lettings to be extremely frustrating and unfair. As a tenant, I felt undervalued and unsupported, with the letting agency showing a clear preference for the landlord's interests over mine. I would not recommend Maldon Lettings to anyone looking for a reliable and fair letting agency. I hope that this feedback will be taken on board and that steps will be taken to improve the agency's practices in the future.

Really great experience, helped us massively with securing our new rental property, always on hand to help when needed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The team there are great to work with and really go the extra mile to accommodate you.

Having moved 12 times in the last 10 years I've dealt with a few lettings agents and I can easily say Maldon Lettings has been the smoothest and most pleasant experience by far. I've had numerous issues with the property which were no fault of the agent but everytime they have been straight on the case making repairs and administration a painless process. I think I've dealt with every member of staff at Maldon Lettings at some point and I've always had a positive experience. They're a great bunch and extremely empathetic. I'd definitely recommend Maldon Lettings and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

I moved into my flat at the end of September and Maldon Lettings have been absolutely fantastic! When I had a problem with the boiler just after Christmas, they made sure that someone was round to look at it within the hour. They are very prompt in responding to any queries and everyone I have spoken with has been approachable and kind always going the extra mile. I love my home and I feel reassured and secure renting through Maldon Lettings. Excellent service all round and I would highly recommend!
