        Over 6000 on a new heat pump. Has worked only a few days in the last 3 years and now the warranty has run out. Go somewhere else.

        I spent 300 pounds to open my pool in April 2020, bought a brand HPP April 2019. Since April 2020 an error code has shown up and shut down the HPP, Two engineers have visited and cannot find the fault its over 5 months and i have not used the pool at all this summer, poor deplorable and unconcerned customer service avoid this company at all costs as they dont seem to understand the meaning of warranty .I am now in the process of launching a full complaint .
