Nicely situated with adequate off-street parking. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and service is excellent. We had a drink at the bar whilst our choice of menu and table was being prepared. Plenty of cocktails,wine and beers to choose from. My wife ordered a Negroni but changed her mind to an Old Fashionedshe was still served with the Negroni but on the upside she said it was one of the best she had tasted. For starters we chose the Pigeon and the Goats cheese dishes which were beautify prepared and tasted wonderful. Sea bass and trout with assorted veg were the choice for the main dish, again excellent. Overall the menu was inspired and cooked to perfection and the price for the standard of food was reasonable, however I was disappointed that we did not receive our 20% discount for our early booking as advertised. Food & drinks: Good choice of drinks and food.

Wonderful birthday lunch in a private room with excellent service from welcoming staff. The food was top quality - interesting, well-presented and tasty, and not falling into the designer food trap. Refreshing! Will certainly be going again.
