        We had a TV ariel installed yesterday, in our new build. Tim arrived on time, making much effort to keep us updated about his arrival time. He did an excellent professional job and was friendly, informative and carried out the job brilliantly, checking everything before he left.

        Excellent customer service to help diagnose a fault with a yacht tridata, and then to suggest and apply a resolution. Will defo use this company again.

        Unfortunately cannot give more star's. Extremely disappointed with this experience. Had to have extra work done 3 time's as reception each time was really poor. Rang again left ansaphone message, e-mailed, nobody got back to me. I had to ring them. By 5pm, still no contact from installer, been 2 days with no TV reception, important to me as I live alone. I've got another company coming out today now. Poor service
