Very positive experience today with HDP - Before going to HDP I had experienced some discomfort with another hygienist, so it had taken me some time to build up my courage again to jump into a dentists chair! Today I had a Hygienist appointment with Nina ( Who had been recommended to me by my wife ) - I can honestly say from the minute I walked in the room my mind was put to rest, and I'm so pleased with the end result. Exceptional service from Nina, would HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank You Tim

I have been a patient at Heybridge Dental Practice for approximately 28 years and, in that time, until Christopher Roome retired, my family and I have always received a 5 star service. Unfortunately, the new Practice Policy appears to be mainly about making money, by suggesting unnecessary cosmetic dentistry, and by removing patients from the list whilst offering to re-register them as a private patient. I wasn't allowed to book my 6 monthly check-up in advance during the pandemic, and have now been told that I can only re-register as a private patient. I've been out of the country for a while, visiting my daughters and grandchildren that I couldn't see for 2 years owing to closed borders in WA Australia. I've returned to find that I'm no longer registered with a dentist. I am totally unimpressed.
