        Heybridge parish council enjoy spending money on the childrens playground, maintaining the field and spending loads on an extension but what about the residents that over look the field (67-83 Hillary Close) that have to look at the over grown bushes and the grassed area that never gets cut unless a resident dose it because its getting dangerous. Dont you think its about time that some time and money was spent on the other side of the hedge (eye sore).
