Forbidden Planet International

Very very bad international sales service. They send orders in fractional which means a new charge at customs. I have had to pay 4 for a comic of three for not sending it all together. And one of the last shipments for which I paid 30 shipping to arrive by agency, without receiving any notification, they tell me, after writing an email asking about my order, that they have returned it. I inform you that I have not picked it up because I did not know that it had arrived. Well, when he sent it to me for the second time, the comics were missing, and worst of all, they have them in stock. Now do I have to pay customs again with the shipment?

Ordered a pop figure for my daughter's birthday. I called them the find out how long delivery would be. Explained it was for a bday present the kind lady got it sent out next day without extra charge. Thank you forbidden planet. Excellent customer service
