Got my order wrong. Ordered for collection special chow main and got special fried rice. Also had a pancake roll which was burnt and soggy. In fairness, I didnt want to wait any longer to eat so I didnt complain so they didnt have chance to put it right,

The food was nice. However, the delivery driver asked for payment for the food, so we paid him. 30 minutes later, we were called asking to make a payment over the phone as well. We stated to the caller that we have already paid. Though we felt pressured and distrusted. During our meal, we received another call, but this time, it was from the driver stating the wrong home address. He apologised but this disturbed our evening again. So overall we did not enjoy our experience from ordering from the New Inn.
