        Waited for a long time as staff were not at the car wash- immigration officers were asking questions, staff very flustered and nervous. My windscreen washer was damaged and the manager was refusing to listen and stated they dont take responsibility for staff damaging my car, said he would look at CCTV and get back to me- still not heard from him, dont go there if you want my your car washed Properly and for them to admit responsibility for any damage.
