Morrisons Cafe

Worst experience ever. The area round the coffee looked like it hadnt been cleaned in ages and looked very dirty. Waited half an hour and when it did turn up the sausages were nearly black, my poached eggs were hard boiled and the service was shocking. Went to complain and get a refund as it was not something I was eating. She said it the manager can you do ANOTHER refund please!! They summed it up really

Relatively quick, cheerful staff, second cup of drink, plenty of space + shopping, parking good, toilet good.1 star only for disability buggy key, had to queue at cigarette counter, took ages, have a rethink please hubby diabetic needed the toilet.

Up until this summer I would have given 4 stars for the food and 5 stars for the staff. This summer is awful, I know they have a staff shortage but most of the staff they have are indifferent and just no idea what is going on. The food reflects the attitude, that is when they are serving hot food which it seems is only half day's . Come on Morrison's cafe staff pull it together and show a better attitude. I've worked in a busier cafe with a lot less staff and a higher turnaround of customers and never flopped the way you are.
