Very impressed with Tony and Steve. They have helped rectify internal issues caused by having the property underpinned (by another company) including sorting some major cracks, retiling, sorting an internal door that wouldn't close and redecorating. Very cheerful chaps who were clean and kept my home tidy during the 2 days of work. They kept me informed about what they were doing and were very understanding about my mental health condition and did all they could to minimise the impact of the work on myself and my son. I live in a colne houseing property and after a no of years had a bathroom upgrade to a wet room.and as rolaco has the improvement contract i was forced to use them. So they put in a flush floor shower shower tray new tiolet and sink painted and new shower ALL HAD TO BE TAKEN OUT AS DONE BY -''''''''---- LOOK AT ROLACO FEEDBACK ON GOOGLE . ANY WAY I DIGRESS after going trough a month of hell not 10days as promised. A proper building firm came to my rescue IVYBUILD each member of the team that arived and had to replace the previous crapy work was a trades man .arived on time every day.cleared up at the end of the day and done a first class job.If u are luckey enough to get ivybuild to do any of your works you will be well sattisfide . THANKS IVY BUILD FOR GIVING ME A LOVELY WET ROOM A 5 STAR BUILDER.
