I called ahead as I had some questions that needed answering. She was very polite. Very professional. Very adaptive to my needs. I'm sight impaired but made me feel so very much at ease. Good professional cut which didn't take long at all. Reasonably priced cut and always available at short notice. Would certainly recommend to anyone.
