    As a Bank.... Does the job, if you want happy cheerful staff, maybe not! Zero customer service, no eye contact, no acknowledgement that any one is queuing or waiting, usually several staff visible but only ever one member serving. Usually get spoken to like one has learning difficulties, fortunately I do most online, so I have minimal visits. Staff look like they would rather be anywhere but at work. Rather sad when working with the public! I'm sure all these women were socialites, during the job interview! Awful.
