        Cant even call your own branch.. Im sure they have a reason.. with all the money they make, cheap customer service and its our money that make them their profit . Top bosses get a bonus.. customers should get the bonus first ie direct line to our branch long before the top bosses bonuses.. I dont like being used for someone elses gain and then treated like I have no value.. If you think its right to reply with a Sensible Answer to this comment..         Would be nice if they kept this site up-to-date, arrived after paying for parking , within their opening times listed, to find they had decided not to open on a Saturday, the day some people only have off work. Very helpful, not.
