Employee attitude excellent
Disabled attitude poor
Landlord - O.M.G.
Be aware front parking is reserved for Audis and other cars worth at least 30K. If you park anything else in sight of the road then the landlord will come out and demand you move it out of sight.
If you are disabled and try to park your mobility van near the entrance he will come out a SECOND time to tell you to move it AGAIN. Note it is not because of size as our Vito is a SWB and fits inside a normal car park space. Oh and once inside the Landlady will happily watch you struggle down steep steps to the Ladies WC rather than tell you where the disabled one is. Note we chose here because it advertised disabled access.
The food is excellent - well the main course is as we were so unwelcome we paid quickly for the food so we could go quickly. If it wasn't for the case of having to find somewhere to eat off the A14 we would have just walked out. But disabled people have to put up and "make do" often even in this "enlightened" age.
This would be a really nice place if it was run by the employees themselves and no it wasn't busy; we were actually there at opening time :-(
