I found Shannon after moving back to Maidstone over 3 years ago. Her yoga style, teaching style and personality is exactly what I had been missing. Professional, super helpful, inclusive, encouraging and fun! She comes highly recommended

I love attending Shannons yoga classes! Shannon is so down to earth and makes you feel very welcome. She encourages you to push yourself further but at the same time I never feel silly if I cant quite do something as she provides you with lots of modifications. Thank you Shannon!
