Britelite Windows

Had our Orangery built by Britelite. After speaking to multiple companies to obtain quotes which were frankly laughable, Britelite were able to beat all of them and provide the spec we wanted all within budget. The various teams that came and built it were fantastic and kept to their schedule. Hats off to Dan and his colleague who did all the foundations and brick work through the absolutely dismal weather in January. They were professional, friendly and did a great job. The floor wasnt quite level due to the bad weather after the concrete was laid so Dan was able to come back after it was all built for a few hours and apply some self levelling screed to get it up to standard before our carpets went in. Cannot fault the installation teams at all, they were fantastic. Had a couple issues with the start date based on some false promises made by the sales rep who came to our house to provide a quote in September which was the only let down as we had wanted it all completed before mid December and were assured could be accommodated. Turns out that was not the case at all so we had to settle for a January start date after much back and forth. Despite that hiccup, we are extremely happy with the finished product.

Had my lean to conservatory carried out by Britelite... what can I say... absolutely stunning. Each and every part of the service from the initial quote to the finished product has been perfect. What makes this company great is their staff and their commitment to ensuring great customer service... the product is lovely quality. My build was not the easiest in my view, but Britelite were open and honest about what we may find along the way... the surveyor Simon was great, really thorough and the finished product was as we were expecting so very well done on managing our expectations... I previously employed Britelite for my job but had to canx due to a family bereavement and i had no issue in obtaining a refund of my deposit ...they even sent me beautiful flowers... my thanks to Dan, Reece, Gi, Mark, Lee, Dave, Jodi, Andrew, Dawn, Matt, and anyone else I may have forgotten... I will definitely use Britelite again and would absolutely recommend....
