Pennard Vets Allington

I have used Pennards since 2016 and have been very pleased with the service received. All vets are kind and approachable and would recommend them.

Our dog is so calm and confident at the vets now! This has come with so much patience at weekly appointments through the Pet Health Club with the lovely Kris who has played with her, treated her, and taught her the right commands to help her understand what the Vet is asking of her each time she has an appointment. She was particularly nervous having her ears touched after having ear infections, but Kris had a special word for ears that removes the anticipated anxiety from the word. She runs from the car to the vets door and is so eager for every puppy check! Theres a huge improvement in her anxiety! Honestly we cant believe it! Were super grateful Kris for all your excellent puppy advice! Luna loves you, and everyone shes met at Allington

My dog Ruby has been visiting nurse Chris at the Allington branch for a while now. Ruby was once very anxious about going to the vets after a bad ear infection, I couldnt even get her through the door Visiting Chris every week for desensitising visit has completely changed Ruby. She is now excited to go to the vets, all the staff are friendly and inviting. Chris has worked wonders with her and is always there to share her advice. Thank you for all your help
