        An absolute joke of a company. After agreeing to buy my car. They then strung me along for over 2 weeks before cancelling the purchase. It appears that customer service is not something they care about at all. I'm not sure if the sales department know what they're doing to be honest. If you've had a good experience with this company then it's nothing but luck. Avoid at all costs.

        So, I bought the pictured car on thursday 24th February. Gotta say, its amazing. We turned up to look at a volvo we saw online but saw the merc when we got there, got the keys and had a look around it. No pressure from the young lady on shift at all. We decided to buy it there and then and the process was simple, no silly questions, no pushyness, nothing. She was polite friendly and very professional the whole time. This is the second vehicle I've bought from them and both times been extremely pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend kent motoring world
