Highly recommended!! Had 2 cars remapped by these guys and was very pleased with both, including the friendly staff that are always there to answer any questions. Most recent my audi 3.0tdi, awesome torque and highly recommend getting the gearbox mapped whilst you're there as such a big noticeable improvement to the drive. Thankyou again guys

I entrusted JFA with an oil and filter change 8 months and 5k miles ago. I have recently been to another garage to have another oil and filter change. I witnessed the oil filter being removed and it had severely degraded, which in communication with JFA they have accepted wouldn't have occurred within this time frame. The date on the removed filter was 2019 and was a genuine BMW filter. JF have provided an invoice showing that they had purchased a non-BMW filter that they would've fitted to my vehicle, and that as BMW had carried out a service in 2021 this would suggest that BMW had also failed to change it, claiming that the filter I have provided them images of isn't the one that it left them with in October 2022. I have suggested that given the lockdown of 2020 and 2021, it is more than possible BMW had filters from 2019 available in 2021 that they were still using and therefore likely did change it. The vehicle had not been in for any work since leaving JFA and it is therefore impossible that the degraded filter I have seen removed isn't the one that was in the car when it left them. The only explanation for this is that they have failed to change it, risking severe damage to my vehicle. I appreciate them investigating it, however they refuse to accept that they have so evidently messed up on this occasion. I'm really disappointed with the end response, and more importantly the way they have treated my car and custom.

ford ranger 2.2 now is preforming and driving so much better and can really feel the vehicle pull up the hills with much more smoother response.

My Land Rover runs a lot more smoother now and the team at J F are very professional. The reception area is clean tidy and there is free tea and coffee whilst you wait for your car.

Had a stage 1 remap and gearbox tuning on my audi s3 so much quicker and smoother I couldn't recommend this enough very helpful and they brake it all down for you will be coming back for my stage 2 remap
