Kevin the first aid trainer addressed every part of the course easierly so it was simple to understand. Even when i wasn't sure on some things he took time to answer my questions until I understood. I felt I have learnt loads from this course and would recommend for others to use him and I will reuse Kevin when I need a refresher course. Mike Maidstone
