        One Star is one Star too many ! - BORGWARNER GILLINGHAM. When you treat hard working employees, with contempt, don't be surprised at high staff turnovers and very very unhappy staff. PLEASE see the honest reviews on Indeed and Glassdoor in regards to your on site representative.
