Quoted 290 for repair of a laptop by Laptop Doctor so got a 2nd opinion at Computerman. Glad I did, problem solved and laptop repaired for 42. Couldn't be happier. Excellent, fast, friendly and efficient service. Would recommend!

Jim and the team at AVAIO have been assisting our business for a number of years, with some quite complicated high-end computer equipment support and installation. AVAIO always help on short notice, even collecting and dropping off equipment where necessary. They excel at our custom requirements where other computer support companies have no idea what we even need. Our rendering machines and high powered laptops are critical to our ability to generate revenue as a business, and AVAIO understand that. Work is completed quickly, to a high standard, and to a fraction of the cost of what main suppliers or other high street brands want. I trust Jim and the team completely and their advice and timliness has saved us thousands over the years. It's also enabled us to scale the business and make everything work remotely through COVID. I would have no hesitiation in recommending them to any other business looking for IT support (both software and hardware). 5 stars.
